We build the menu with you beforehand, so nobody is standing at the bar deciding. Every event is quoted individually — it depends on your guest count, how long you'd like us pouring, and how far we're driving. Send us your date and we'll come back with a number.

Central Florida is our whole map.

We're based in Orlando and we know these venues — the lakefront barns in Mount Dora, the citrus groves off Clermont, the ballrooms downtown, the beach clubs out on A1A. If your venue is inside the circle, we're already familiar with the load-in.

The things every planner asks us first.

What does it cost?

Every event is quoted individually — the price depends on your guest count, how many hours you'd like the bar open, and how far we're travelling. Send us your date through the form below and we'll come back within 24 hours with a number. No obligation.

Do you need power from the venue?

Ideally, yes — one dedicated 20-amp circuit within 50 feet of the bar. If the venue can't provide it, we bring a quiet inverter generator at no extra charge. It will not compete with your officiant.

How much space does the bar take up?

An 8 ft × 8 ft footprint covers the cart plus barista working room. We need a level surface and a path wide enough to roll in — about 36 inches. Grass and gravel are fine; we bring boards.

It's Florida. What about heat and rain?

We need shade or coverage for any outdoor setup between May and September — a tent, a porch, or a tree line works. If a storm rolls through, we move to your indoor backup location without changing your bill. We plan for both from the start.

How far ahead should we book?

Six to twelve months for a Saturday in peak season, which in Central Florida means October through April. Off-season and weekday dates often open up much closer in — always worth asking.

Are you insured?

Yes — we carry general liability and can name your venue as additionally insured. Send us your venue's requirements and we'll get the certificate over to them directly.
